Return Policy
Buy With Confidence: 30 Day Money Back Refund for unused items purchased on the web from Innovative Products International, LLC (IPI). Order number required for Refund. Refund (purchase price less shipping) will be applied in the same form of original payment or company check within 5 business days of receipt. Customer is responsible for shipping cost on returns.
Shipping Policy
Orders usually ship the following Business Day. Orders ship via US Mail (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) depending on weight. There is a $3.00 surcharge per part for Web orders to Canada. Orders usually take 3 to 7 business days for delivery. International orders take 7 to 15 business days for delivery, depending on the country. For International Orders other than Canada, please contact us for specific shipping costs.
